Peter Pan Bus Lines came to us looking for ways to improve their efficiency and advance their web technology. They were selling tickets online but were restricted to using a system that is owned and operated by another bus company. We worked with them to develop a shopping cart to facilitate the sale of bus tickets as well as novelty items. The system is designed to not only provide a convenient way for customers to buy tickets, but also as a way for Peter Pan to greatly reduce the number of man-hours that are needed to sell and deliver a bus ticket.

In order to meet Peter Pan's tight timeline, Rubberneck work expeditiously to produce the shopping cart in less than one month. The tool provides Peter Pan the ability to edit, add, and remove items instantaneously on their website through an intuitive, easy to use, administration panel.

In addition to the shopping cart system, we are working with them to redesign many of their company sites and to add functional tools to increase their productivity. Recently we have launched a comprehensive customer tracking and mass email system and are going to be launching a new site for Bonanza Bus Lines(a Peter Pan company) by March.
